I speak with many people on a daily basis who tell me about
personal struggles that they are having in their business. One
of the main issues is "training". Sponsors are failing to properly
train their downline so that they may experience little successes
on the front end of their businesses. I have decided to share 5
tips to help the beginning network marketer sponsor their first
2 or 3 reps. Ok, let's go!

Tip #1
Create a facebook account and begin making friends with those
who have similar interest. There are over 500,000,000 people on
facebook. That means mega $$$ for your business. (I show step-by
-step how to do this in my DVD)

Tip #2
Create a youtube account. This is where the magic happens. You
can create videos that showcase your program as well as your
personality. Remember, people join other people, not businesses.
So spend a lot of time branding "yourself" instead of your company.

Tip #3
Create a blog. So many distributers leave this out but it is crucial in
connecting with your prospects. Your blog should be a place where
prospects can go to get more information about you and what you're
all about. Just like the other sites, it's FREE to create! (more of this
on the DVD)

Tip #4
Get a marketing system that will help to bring all of the listed elements
together. THIS IS WHERE 97% OF NEWBIES MISS IT! Without a
marketing system to centralize all of your marketing components, you
will be left in the dust and your prospects will sign up with those who
have marketing systems in place. Your marketing system serves as
a 24 hour...7 days a week...365 days a year WORK HORSE.. Your
marketing system will build your business while you sleep and spend time
with your family. (I give step-by-step instructions on how to do this in my
DVD)

Tip #5
TAKE ACTION NOW! I can't be more blunt than that. Stop spending so
much time analyzing everything. Take action. As my mentor puts it,
"earn while you learn". This is a very competitive industry and those who
procrastinate get left behind.
